Im trying to quit smoking and heard a lot of good things about a book by Allen Carr (Not the Comedian) called the easyway to stop smoking, what are your thoughts about it? does it actually work?
Yes it does actually work. It costs about the same as 2 boxes of smokes. Well worth it as it explains addiction, how nicoteen works and how you overcome it.
I'd recommend it to anyone.

It worked for me. I smoked for 23 years. It's been 2years since I've had a cigarette. You are not going to believe how easy it is to stop. Caution, read the book all the way through do not skip to the end.
I really want to stop smoking, I have tried several times but they have not been successful. I have tried cold turkey, patches, gum. I was told that this book is a great way to stop. A person who read it said that when her and five of her friend read it they never smoked after that. That was 15 years ago.
I want to know if anyone else has eather red the book or if they have heard of it.
