OK I am 20 yrs old still under my mom's health insurance. I have been smoking since I was 16. Now I want to quit. I have a friend that did laser therapy to quit and she says it the greatest thing she ever did. I want to know does laser therapy actually work and I don't know how to figure out if the health insurance will cover laser therapy to quit smoking.

Can't say I've heard of that.
Sounds like an expensive gimmick.
I have heard acupuncture is good along with hypnotherapy.
But both come at a price.
Still the best method by far is ; the smoker has to want to quit,
pick a day to stop smoking & NEVER SMOKE AGAIN.
Contact the NHS quit smoking helpline if you're in the UK.
Use nicotine patches or gum ( free on the NHS ) follow the instructions on the packets & remember any cravings will pass with time.
Try to look forward, not back.

lobelia (if you drink it) makes you naseous if you smoke....and tumeric (eating, drinking I suppose, and capsule taking) is really good for repairing the lungs and protecting the lung cells :)

My dad has, it works for alittle while but then you have to come in many times after the first. It is a big waste of money, the results are not permanent.
