i went to walmart to return some nicotine patches(nicotine transdermal system) and i got told i cant return that cuz its against the law but in the back of the box it says " Satisfaction Guaranteed By Refund Or Exchange" so is it true it is illegal to return this item? or would they just tell me that cuz they didnt wanna give me my money back
Any such law would be strictly local, and you didn't tell us what State you are in. In most States anything classed as a drug cannot be resold once taken away by the buyer, so the chances are it is true.
"Satisfaction guaranteed" warranties are, in general, the responsibility of the manufacturer, not the retailer.
