marijuana nicotine

THC does not have nicotine in it although it's effects (in terms of how marijuana relaxes tense emotions) are similar to that of nicotine yet not as addictive...so would using a nicotine patch while occasionally smoking marijuana be okay for one's health?

I've been researching any possible information but have not been able to find info that will suffice.

Pot is illegal.

But, it won't hurt anything to smoke pot with a nicotine patch on.

my mom said i can get a tattoo if i stop smoking cigarettes and pot and stop drinking. im not that worried about the alcohol since i usually only get drunk on new years. but i just smoked some pot the other day and im up to about 5 cigarettes a day. she says shes gonna test me so that she will know for sure. so what i need to know is how long does this stuff stay in your system and what can i do to get it out faster?

Alcohol- 8 to 12 hours. Nicotine- 4 to 5 days. Pot- 30 days

I'm trying to quit something called poppers... A popper is a small cut of cigarette smoked through a water pipe (bong) with marijuana on top of it. I realize that the tobacco keeps me coming back for more when its completely unnecessary so I want to quit. I quit cold turkey and the withdrawals are never ending and agonizing... is this my personality or is the way I consume the nicotine affecting how long my withdrawal is?

just put on a nicotine patch and smoke pot without tobbaco

I dont understand the rationale. Marijuana is illegal but alcohol and nicotine are not. Marijuana is no more harmful to the bodily system than alcohol and nicotine consumption. Do you feel it should be illegal?

I agree with you....I feel that the state of it being illegal is because they have people who can't handle so therefore they feed off of the person's ignorance. I have seen some of the smartest people get degrees and recognition while consuming marijuana. Especially in the political world, you have members of congress and other state legislatures getting high on a daily basis and its not just with marijuana if you get my drift. In Denver, its legal, so why not make it legal for the whole United States..there are few people who have high titles that are doing it.
