Over the past year i have become a social smoker. 3 or 4 at the weekend if i'm really drunk. anyway i haven't smoked in about 3 weeks and i have to attend a saliva test for life insurance so i'm looking for some info on nicotine


I'm not 100% sure but I've been told about two weeks for nicotine. Marijuana it's about 30 days if you smoke a lot. There is also the hair follicle test that they can detect up to a year. You can try and Google it on the net look up drug tests.
