cotinine test

I am bieng tested at work for Tobacco use, which is called a cotinine test I believe, and I dont smoke a lot, but I really want to keep my job.
What are some ways you can pass a urine test for that? Ive heard of fake urine, or flushing out your system, etc. Anything that has worked for you? This is going to sound really gross, but as long as were bieng open here- does animal urine work? Any information would be great, thank you.

Go to your local health food store. There are two methods you can use. One is a body flush which takes about a week (and costs about $100). The other is a diuretic (much cheaper). The diuretic comes usually as a drink that tastes awful. It will make you urinate (about every 5 minutes for 2 to 3 hours).

Both will make you clean. But it they are testing for other things, such as blood sugar, cholesterol, etc. then you must go with the full body flush. The diuretic will make it look like you are a diabetic with the potential for heart disease.

I need to past this blood test within a month and I am willing to stop smoking but can I get a drink from GNC that will cleanse my system with in a day and will it work to get the cotinine out my system ( for the blood test? ) Please help!

They don't take a blood test - cotinine shows up in your urine.

Okay, now as you may know, cotinine is a substance from the nicotine in cigarettes. That's what the piss sticks test for.. and I was wondering how I could possibly pass this test! I had about 3 cigarettes on Friday, the test is on Monday.
But the previous week I had about a pack.

I'm really paranoid.. because i can't go do anything until it's all out of my system.

Helpful hints on how I can get it out of my system would be GREAT!

I'm not sure about how to pass, but what the hell did you do to where you can't smoke cigarettes?

Smoking cigarettes isn't illegal.

If anyone has experience or medical knowledge about how long it takes for cotinine to be undetectable in a urine test. Pls no lectures..I know smoking is bad for you. I just need some educated answers please

Most inhaled toxins remain in the urine for three weeks.

Info: I have only smoked 7 cigarettes in my whole life, and those were over a period of two months. Hated it, and never smoked again.

Now I have a cold/bronchitis and have to go to the doctor who may do a chest x-ray.

Is there any other way they can tell than what I said?

If you were a smoker like i am then they can tell by listening to your breathing
